We do not offer telephone support. Our aim is to offer the best possible prices to you, and by setting up a call centre to handle enquiries we would have to add 5-10% to our low prices. We believe that our customers rather pocket the 5-10% than having access to telephone support. This form can be used for any kind of questions, whether related to shipping, new products or technical queries.
To ensure that we reply to you timely, we offer the following service-level agreements between 10am - 4pm (AEST) on business days:
- 90% of questions will be acknowledged or answered within one (1) hours - 95% of questions will be acknowledged or answered within three (3) hours - 99% of questions will be acknowledged or answered within twenty four (24) hours
