Introducing the RS-4 Exhaust Systems for the 2010 Honda CRF250R with fuel injection. Our engineers developed the CRF250R exhaust using experience gained developing the system for our CRF450R exhaust and it works brilliantly.

Yoshimura has been the official exhaust supplier to Team Honda Red Bull Racing for several years now and we have adapted that knowledge to the new CRF250R. Since the CRF250R shares many features and parts as it's big brother, it was an obvious choice which system to provide. All of that experience has helped Yoshimura in making an exhaust that compliments an already great bike. The RS-4 not only increases power and is light, but it also has a lower centralized mass coefficient to provide better handling. Additionally, an overall improvement to the small Honda's power delivery was also realized.

The RS-4 is pentagonal shaped muffler that features a carbon fiber cone end cap, two staged stepped baffle and striking good looks. The RS-4 muffler features a new front cap design that functions as a polyresonant chamber. This design makes for a quieter muffler with improved mid to top end power

This Slip-On system features a stainless steel tail pipe, aluminum sleeve RS-4 muffler, installation hardware, and detail step-by-step instructions.

Stainless Systems come with a 96db sound insert/USFS approved spark arrestor installed in the muffler. Optional 94db and 99db sound inserts available separately.
