WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
(Effective Date June 24, 2010)
BAZZAZ’s warranty for Products delivered by BAZZAZ or its affiliates to Distributors and Customers under this Agreement shall be limited to the warranty in the form provided on the warranty card accompanying each Product at the time it is delivered or, alternatively, as specifically set forth in other BAZZAZ documentation detailing the warranty for the Product, including but not limited to supplements and amendments, as provided to Distributors and Customers from time to time. SUCH WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE, TRADE CUSTOM, COMMON LAW OR CIVIL CODE, MULTILATERAL OR BILATERAL TREATIES, PRINCIPLES OF INTERNATIONAL LAW, COMMERCIAL USAGE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BAZZAZ shall not be responsible for labor, transportation, or other incidental charges. This limited warranty does not apply to products which have been (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions; or (c) used in applications other than those intended by BAZZAZ. If a Distributor extends to its customers any additional warranty with respect to Products that is broader in scope than ANY warranty provided by BAZZAZ, that Distributor shall be solely responsible for any and all liabilities, obligations and damages resulting from its extension of such warranty.
REGARDS TO DEALER SALES, ANY product SOLD or SHIPPED outside the country in which your business exists is no longer covered by the Bazzaz Warranty. Product sold from US dealers and shipped to customers outside the US will not be eligible for any tech support or warranty coverage from either Bazzaz USA or any official importer of Bazzaz.
REGARDS TO INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING, ANY product PURCHASED outside the country in which you take receipt is no longer covered by the Bazzaz Warranty. Product sold from US dealers and shipped to customers outside the US will not be eligible for ANY tech support or warranty coverage from either Bazzaz USA or any official importer of Bazzaz. Proof of purchase is required to receive warranty or tech support from Bazzaz USA or any Bazzaz importer. Bazzaz claims no responsibility for any product not sold through the Bazzaz official distribution network.
Only BAZZAZ purchased from BGW or an authorised BGW agent will qualify for warranty and tech support for Australia and New Zealand! |
