High
Quality Parts Count
by Mat Mladin
Using high quality parts
have many advantages. Even though in racing we think about winning so much, and
the people watching the races at the track or at home on TV have racers they prefer
to see win. For parts manufacturers it is as much about testing new technologies
as it is about winning. I guess you could say the winning means they got the new
parts right. This testing directly affects the quality of the product the consumer
"you" get to purchase. As you all know, I raced for Yoshimura Suzuki
in the USA for 14 years and throughout those years we racked up some record breaking
results. From mid
2007 through mid 2009 (3 years), we won 53 races straight. About 20 of them went
to Ben Spies and the other 30 plus I won. It was possible to be this dominant
because of the high quality parts we developed and used. Whether
racing or riding on the road it is important to have the right stuff! Thanks
to BGW, many of these great products are available at great prices. It is no longer
cheaper to source such great products like Yoshimura, Pazzo, Driven, Hotbodies
and Joe Rocket from the USA. We have worked hard to get the cost of our products
down. We have implemented new business strategies inside our own organisation
and continually strive to keep our costs down so you get the best parts and accessories
at very competitive prices. On top of this, purchasing here in Australia from
BGW means you get all the factory warranties and technical expertise to get the
most out of your products. Geoffrey's

HAWK RACING TYRE WARMERS Most
racers and track day riders want tyre warmers to avoid cold tyre crashes and to
go fast right from the green flag.
It
is true that these are two clear advantages of using Tyre Warmers, but there are
other benefits that are equally important. A Tyre Warmer provides the ability
to tune and manage tyres in the paddock beyond the grip offered on the opening
laps:
- Go
Fast from the Green Flag
- Set
Hot Tyre Pressures in the Pits
- Avoid
"cold tearing" tyres

- Save
"Heat Cycles" by keeping tyre warm in between sessions
- Tyres
last longer
BGW
has Tyre Warmer sets starting from $499.00(set)
with FREE SHIPPING. These
are made in the USA using DuPont aramid fibre insulation and a DuPont patented
Melt-Proof Inner Liner. Chicken
Hawk Racing has been the leader in Tyre Warmers producing these for everything
from go-karts all the way to monster trucks. With a customer list reading
like a virtual Whos Who of Racing including Nextel Cup teams, Champ Car,
American Honda, Yoshimura Suzuki, Michelin Tyres, Bridgestone Tyres, Pirelli Tyre
and many more.. <more

PERFORMANCE BRAKING SYSTEMS Galfer
Brakes was founded in Barcelona, Spain in 1946 as a brake pad supplier for major
European motorcycle and auto makers by Maffio Milesi.
Although all Galfer
brake pads are still made in our Barcelona factory, Galfer USA is at the forefront
of brake technology. All Galfer stainless steel brake lines are made in the same
building as our sales and management and design teams. And many of Galfers
rotors are now made in Southern California. Galfer
Stainless Brake Line Kits: Galfer's standard brake line kits are anything
but standard. We start off by using high quality stainless steel machine banjo
fittings and bolts. Our PVC coated brake hoses come in 10 different colors to
suit anyone's style. Kits are bike specific and made "on the bike" for
a perfect fit and finish. Unlike many other manufactures, we pre position our
banjo fittings for an out of the box fit. Most of our brake line
kits come with labels on the lines to help guide you on which end goes where.
Something not found with any other manufacturer today. When looking at brake products
for your bike, go with a trusted, experienced manufacturer. Galfer
Wave Rotor
- Galfer
Wave® rotors are made of a proprietary 420 high carbon stainless steel for
increased memory retention during heat cycles.
- Each
Wave® disc is laser cut for precision and to eliminate the stress most other
discs occur during stamped manufacturing.
- All
Galfer Wave® rotors are stress tested using our COSMOS analyzing system.
- Each
Wave® design goes through an extensive brake dyno test which allows evaluation
of its performance in conditions no rider can create.
- Patented
Wave® design includes not only an outer Wave® but also an inner Wave®
which equalizes heat transfer and dissipates much faster
- With
the exception of solid mount Wave® rotors, Galfer features full floating Wave®
blades which ensure optimum pad to rotor contact for maximum stopping force and
feel.
- Galfer
Wave® rotors are protected under US PTO#6,386,340 and US Trademark# 76,517,881

RACING GROUP RADIATOR GUARDS CoxRacingroup
produced its first Professional Damage ControlTMpart, the Radiator Guard, for
use on its racing team endurance bikes. Soon other teams, including Factory
Yamaha and Corona Suzuki, noticed this innovation and asked for Guards
to use on their bikes. Savvy street riders, who deal with a much higher degree
of hazard, including road debris and gravel, asked us to provide Radiator Guards
for street use.
Today,
CoxRacingroup makes useful and attractive Professional Damage ControlTM
parts that are equally at home on the track and on the street. Savvy sport and
sport touring riders now understand that the reasoning behind using these parts
on the track apply equally on the street. Road
debris into the radiator = Immobility. Professional
Damage Control = Mobility CoxRacingroup
has taken the Professional Damage ControlTM parts concept to the next level by
producing useful and intelligent parts that enhance the beauty and value of your
bike. COX Radiator
Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut
from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. COX
then hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish! To mount this guard,
Zip tie it to the upper radiator straps and bolt to the lower radiator mount using
the existing fastener. from
