At
BGW we get hundreds of emails and Live Support questions per week, here are some
of the more common questions that we get asked here at BGW which may assist you
in your purchase:
1.Are
the Exhausts Pipes sold as dual, or is the price each?
Unless
specifically specified, all of our pipes are sold with the necessary quantity
to suit the bike. With bikes that come fitted with dual exhausts eg: VTR1000,
Hayabusa, CBR1100XX etc, when you purchase the pipes for that model you will get
both sides. I think most people cannot believe that our low prices include both
sides. Yes they do.
2.Are
Galfer Disc Rotors and Brake Pads sold as a pair or singularly?
Galfer
Brake Rotors and Pads are sold singularly. So if your bike has dual discs on the
front you will need to order two Rotors and two Pads.
3.Are
Galfer Stainless Brake Lines Street approved?
Yes,
our Galfer Stainless Steel brake line kits are ADR approved for use in Australia.
4.Are
your boots U.S. or Australian Sizes?
The
boots that BGW sell are listed on our website in USA sizes, which is approximately
½ -1 size larger than Australian sizing.
5.If
I buy a slip on exhaust, can I purchase the headers later on?
In
most cases this is not possible, as pipe diameters and mounting points are different.
Also the cost of purchasing the headers and associated parts is as expensive as
purchasing a complete new full system, which will come complete and with full
warranty. BGW suggests that if you are thinking of wanting a full system that
you purchase it initially.
6.I
dropped my bike and damaged my Pazzo lever can I buy a single lever?
Yes,
you can now purchase single clutch or brake levers from BGW. You may have dropped
the bike and broken or scratched your current Pazzo lever, you may want to change
from a short to long lever or vice-versa or you may just want one lever only.

7.Do
the exhausts systems come with all the necessary parts for fitting?
Yes,
the slip ons and full systems we sell include all the necessary hardware and instructions
for fitting.
8.Are
Driven Axle Block Sliders sold each or as a pair?
The
new Driven Axle block sliders are very popular, and yes, they are sold as a pair.

9.Do
I have to pay for orders in full or can I leave a deposit?
When
buying and ordering from BGW all orders need to be paid in full upfront. This
way we can get your goods dispatched promptly upon arrival. We do not accept deposits.
10.Do
you have a retail shop, and are your prices the same in store as they are online?
Yes,
the fantastic prices that you see online are also available in store at our massive
