Genuine Exhaust Spare Parts
By now everyone knows that BGW sells Yoshimura direct to the
public at wholesale prices, but what you may not know is that we also
sell the full range of Yoshimura Genuine Spare Exhaust Parts. You may
have dropped or crashed the bike and damaged the muffler, sometimes a
small scrape can cause a cosmetic defect or the muffler may be simply
worn out. Well good news, there is no need to buy a whole new muffler
as most of the spare parts are available from BGW.
Yoshimura is one of the largest and most well known exhaust
companies in the world. Everyone knows that Yoshimura makes the best
exhaust systems. But no exhaust system is worth its salt without spare
parts!
Because Yoshimura builds everything possible in-house, they
make all these parts available for those times when some repairs or
replacement is in order. There are hundreds of spare parts available
and while some are universal, many are specific for certain model
bikes. If you are unsure of what part you require for your exhaust/bike

Replacement Sleeves
Replace your dented, scratched, or discolored muffler with a
new sleeve. Available for all muffler shapes, these are the sleeve
only.

Complete Mufflers
Sometimes the muffler may be so damaged or worn out, that by
the time you buy the parts necessary to rebuild it, it may work out
cheaper to buy a new complete muffler. Complete assembled mufflers are
available.

Replacement Packing
Road mufflers should be repacked every 7-10k miles,
Off-Road, ATV, and UTV mufflers should be repacked every 6-8 hours.
Your mufflers may need to be repacked sooner if used extensively on the
race track at high RPMs. If you notice your exhaust tone changes
drastically, chances are it’s time to repack your muffler. If the
muffler sleeve begins to show any discoloration, then you should repack
your muffler immediately. Preventative maintenance will go a long way
in retaining the performance and longevity of your Yoshimura exhaust.

Replacement End Band & Rivet Kit
If you are repacking, or fitting a new sleeve, then chances
are you will also to replace the end bands and rivets. These are sold
in a convenient kit, which includes the end 9-hole band, and 9 rivets.
These are sold per end, so if you need to replace both ends you will
need to order two.

Lead Pipes
Besides the muffler being damaged in a crash, the lead pipe
that connects the muffler to the headers often gets damaged as well.
Replacement Stainless Lead pipes are available from $199.00. You will
find the part number stamped into one end of the lead pipe, or if you
are not sure check with us to find out which one is required for your
bike.

Badges
Sometimes a small scrape or dropping of the bike can scratch
the Yoshimura badge. Replacement badges are available.

Noise Inserts
Yoshimura pipes now come with included noise inserts. Sometimes these
get taken out and then misplaced. Or you may have an older Yoshimura
pipe that you want to quiet down. Replacement noise inserts are
available. These Reduce dB levels in minutes for noise sensitive
roads/race tracks, and in most cases lowers dB levels by up to 10dB
with minimal power loss.

Muffler Clamps
Yoshimura Clamps hold the muffler to the bikes footpeg or frame.
Replacements are available. There are many different ones, not just any
bracket will fit your Yoshimura exhaust. Please check on application
before ordering to ensure that you get the correct bracket for your
exhaust. If you are not sure, you will find the part number stamped
into your existing clamp, or check with us for the exact one required
for your bike.

Springs
Yoshimura have replacement springs available in three lengths, 1.8”,
2.3” or 3.0”. These are sold each and come with the rubber boot.
