Products On BGW by Jesper Lowgren BGW GM We have received many requests to add consumables to our product range. As a result, we have just added K&N air filters. Filters for the more popular bike models are up on our website. We have also had a great response to our Muc-Off range, a complete cleaning and washing solution for your bike. Unlike many competing cleaning products, this one is specifically made for bikes. The Muc-Off team will be here on our BGW open day, 5th December 2009, and will offer free cleaning services for your helmet and visor. And lastly, we will be getting the Cox radiator guards in shortly for late model bikes. Radiator guards provide great protection for any bike with a radiator or oil cooler. They are light in weight, and are a cheap insurance against rocks and other objects that can potentially damage your bike. A few weeks ago I wrote about customer service and encouraged feedback on what we do well, and what we can do better. I received many great responses and suggestions, many which we have already put into action. It is very important to us to have an ongoing dialogue with you, the consumer, to ensure we meet or exceed your expectations.
